- If the order is delayed by you, and the customer cancels the order and asks for a refund, then the total amount of that order will be charged as a penalty.
- If the packaging is defective and the delivery partner asks you to change the packaging. You must change it immediately. As if the customer complains about the packaging, we will charge ₹100 per order or more as per customer complaint.
- You have to provide the primary facility of using the washroom to our delivery partners, as per “The Sarai’s Act, 1867’, Article 15(2) of the Constitution, if denied ₹50 will be fined as per government rule.
