Delivery Partners

  1. The minimum qualification for the job is the 10th Pass.
  2. All delivery persons must deposit the cash to their account and transfer the total amount to us via UPI or IMPS or NEFT and inform the Area Manager via screenshot of the transaction by the Next Day at 12 noon.
  3. All delivery persons must wear helmets on bikes or Scotty.
  4. Earn the full amount on batch orders.
  5. All delivery persons must wear N95 Masks, and buy from us 2 masks for ₹100.
  6. All delivery persons must wear T-shirts and buy from us 2 T-shirts for ₹600. (Compulsory after 1 month of joining)
  7. All delivery persons must carry a delivery bag and must buy from us for ₹1000. (Compulsory after 3 months of joining)
  8. We are hiring local delivery persons both boys and girls, and even from other food service or courier delivery services.
  9. Delivery partners can choose any time for the job, they must inform their area manager in their WhatsApp group.
  10. Next Day Payment Cycle.
  11. After successful 25 delivery, they will get 1lakhs accidental insurance.
  12. No Number of Delivery Limitations.
  13. Undelivered food must be notified to your area manager and must return to the restaurant or to the area manager. Do not give it to animals as it is strictly restricted by the restaurant policies and if found guilty will be fined up to ₹100 per order.
  14. Do not put half-eaten food in your bag if found guilty you will be fined ₹500.
  15. If the order is delayed by you, and the customer cancels the order and asked for a refund, then the total amount of that order will be charged as a penalty.
  16. If an order leaks, then it will be charged from you as ₹100 per order or more as per customer complaints. Must check at the time of pick. If the restaurant disagrees for to change the packaging, then the delivery person immediately sends us the photo of the order from his mobile and pictures of the food packaging highlighting the defective area of the packaging to your area manager.
  17. If you are found drunk or in improper condition at the time of delivery. Then we will block you for 24 hours and if he does the same issue more than 3 times, we will cancel your registration and block you.
  18. The accessories bought by you will be refundable when you leave the service.
  19. Covid-19 vaccination is compulsory.
